Hi

        I am relatively new to neuro-fuzzy systems and am at present
bugged by a problem. I hope somebody can help me out

Given a set of initial conditions for my model at some k, say the model is
y(k)=F(u1(k-1),u2(k-1),y1(k-1)) where F is a nonlinear function.I need to
be able to use my future prediction horizon,say some N to carry out an
optimization for minimization of a simple least square error problem to
determine the next optimum step.The problem here seems to be that my
function here is not analytic and therefore how can i carry out the
optimization using MATLAB functions like 'constr'(if i were
to use ANFIS for instance). Is there any other way to do this?
Could you also suggest a few references where i could get more information
on such methods
