Invitation for papers for the session:
"Human-Computer Communication and Control:
New Developments and Applications"

The Fourth International Conference on Knowledge-Based Intelligent
Engineering Systems & Allied Technologies (KES'2000)
30 August-1 September 2000, University of Brighton, Sussex, U.K

TOPICS
You are invited to submit session papers related, but not limited, to the
following topics:
a) Speech recognition and speaker identification.
b) Image processing: Human vision, fingerprint identification, figure
(face, character, scene, etc.) recognition.
c) Human hearing system and musical instrument models.
d) Human brain and mind: new developments.
e) Applications of Fuzzy Logic, Artificial Neural network, etc. in
control
f) Others.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
Papers must be written in English, two column format in size 10 of Times
New Roman font, or similar font, with a one-inch margin on all four sides.
The maximum length of a paper is four pages (A4 size), including an
abstract of about 100-200 words.
Please also provide the following information: full name, address,
telephone and fax numbers, and E-mail address of the authors.
Every paper will be reviewed by two reviewers.
The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE.
