hi,
i have got the ability to analyse customer-satisfaction studies and
other data-mining problems with drivers & target-variables
with "Fuzzy-Rules" and get nice intuitive results.
But until now it seems more difficult find some acceptance/knowledge
from CEO's or Client's (algorithms and free software application and
ideas exist ) ???

data is ratio-scaled. I have sometimes problems with small ordinal-scala
variables from survey's and then you have got no advantage to
decision-rules which come i.e. from C4.5
