    hi,
i have got the ability to analyse customer-satisfaction studies and
    other data-mining problems with drivers & target-variables
with "Fuzzy-Rules" and get nice intuitive results.

But until now it seems more difficult find some acceptance/knowledge
from CEO's or Client's (algorithms and free software application and
    ideas exist ) ???

    >...score card's a good field for fuzzy-rules, because your
data is ratio-scaled. I have sometimes problems with small ordinal-scala
variables from survey's and then you have got no advantage to
    decision-rules which come i.e. from C4.5

    regards,christian
