I'm using qualitative methods, gathering data from
questionnaires and verbatim transcribed interviews, to asses
the efficiency of different software development
    methodologies.

Can anyone offer guidance ... expertise? ... in possibly
using fuzzy set theory or soft computing to analyse this
    data?

    Many thanks.
