    The topics of interests within the scope of this invited session on
    "Intelligent Systems for Real-World Electronic Design"
    include, but are not limited to, the applications of
    fuzzy logic, neural networks, genetic algorithms, probability, and
    statistical methods to the following areas:

    1. Analog and mixed-signal systems
    2. Behavioral modeling and simulation
    3. VLSI CAD
    4. IC design tools
    5. Test pattern generation
    6. Logic synthesis
    7. Optimization methods for design, and coding
    8. Knowledge-based design systems

    Deadline for Submission of Summaries: March 30, 2001
    Notification of Acceptance: April 15, 2001
    Deadline for Submission of Camera-ready paper: April 30, 2001

    Note: The SCI'2001 Paper Style Form which will be used in the final
    version,
    i.e., Camera-ready paper.

    Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts (500-1500 words),
    or paper draft (2000-2500 words), or full papers
